Floating TV Stand Console - Curve - 3 Piece - Mocha

We added the nightstands to this 3 piece unit to extend the design to 101”. It’s perfect and the mocha color is beautiful.

Cabinet quality and construction is very good for this price point but the finish is thin and minimal. I scuffed a couple of edges during the installation exposing the substrate but touchups was easy enough. A more robust finish would be nice but this works for the intended use.

We love the look and function of floating cabinets but installation for 3 cabinets like this can be a bit tricky if your walls are not flat, the cabinets don't come with a rail mounting system, or you don't have experience installing cabinets like this, i.e., think kitchen cabinets. But with a bit of patience and the judicious use of shims, this can be done even if your walls aren't perfectly flat; mine aren't but close. So keep this in mind before purchase. If your walls over the length of this cabinet are more than a 1/4" out of plumb, this will be a challenge to get a satisfactory installation without using a rail mounting system behind the cabinet. You could shim it but you'll have a gap somewhere along its length. Check your wall for plumb with a string over the length and that will tell you if you have an issue.

All that said, once you get this installed, it is great. We are very happy with the cabinet and is exactly what we wanted. A minimal and functional cabinet under our large wall mounted TV.

Received stand within a couple of days. Well packed. Wife loved the tone. The instructions were spot on. Went up and we are enjoying the new look!

Instalation went well, simple and straightforward. One issue I had was a hump In the wall center. With such a long peice I had to fur out included cleat brackets with washers on both ends. Then put some shims behind on the bottom. Also had to modify slightly for my sonos Arc sound bar. Would have been much easier if my wall was straight! Looks great solid construction real wood.
