Wow! I cannot say anymore about the outstanding service provided. We initially received two orders where the desk drawer was damaged. Customer service was very responsive and attentive, had the order packaged more securely to ensure we received a perfect desk the 3rd time. Customer service followed up to be sure we received the order and that it was not damaged. Very refreshing nowadays where customer service isn't always the greatest in general. Looking forward to purchasing furniture from Woodwaves for two more rooms in our new home!
