I wanted to order these chairs and emailed customer service to find out the weight capacity. They emailed back and said 22 lbs. thinking that was a typo I emailed again and explained the difference between weight capacity and the actual weight of the chair. I also mentioned 22 lbs is no more than a four month old baby. They emailed back and said they understood the difference and said the weight capacity is 22 lbs. pretty expensive chair for a baby.
