No Hassle Returns

Our Goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We realize that things happen, minds and circumstances change. Although we are not perfect, we take great care and expense to produce your product and conveniently ship it to your door. Our product goes through final inspection before it is protected and cartoned to avoid damage. If within 14 days of purchase for the following reasons and circumstances, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take your item back once these simple steps are taken : 

Shipping Damage

If within 14 days of purchase your product shows damage after opening it, simply repack it with the original carton, interior packaging, and corner protectors. We will immediately schedule a pick-up and replace it once the damaged unit is picked up. 

Product Defect

Our product is made with care of Natural wood therefore, minor grain and color variations are normal within reason. If within 14 days of purchase anything structurally or cosmetically stands out, we ask you to please request an RMA number and send us clear photos for fast evaluation and approval for replacement, repair or full refund. Returns must include the original carton, interior packaging, and corner protectors. 

Change of Mind or Other Reason

If within 14 days of purchase you change your mind or calculate wrong measurements or see a color difference between your computer screen and the physical product (Color samples for certain items are available and recommended in advance) or any other reason you need to cancel the order, simply request an RMA number, repack the product with the original carton, interior packaging and corner protectors, then, return it in new undamaged condition. We will issue a refund less a 10% re-stocking fee. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.


If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse returns, replacement, or refund. Additional fees may apply for re-packaging or other non-standard occurrences.
